Our website uses a secure checkout solution powered by Shiprocket. Once you verify your contact number, your addresses are pre-filled for a faster, smoother experience. Our gateway accepts both national and international payments via UPI, wallets, debit/credit cards.
Additionally, for domestic orders, we also offer Cash on Delivery.

To place a return or exchange request, simply:
- Scroll to the footer of our website and click on the RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST tab.
- Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
- Select the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose the reason for your return/exchange.
- For Exchange, select your preferred size (based on availability) and submit the request.
- For Return, select the Store Credit option and submit the request.
- We process all such requests within 48 working hours, and you’ll receive further communication via email at the earliest. -
- Add your desired products to the cart and click on Buy Now.
- Under Payment Options, scroll down and select the Store Credit option. (Please do not apply any coupons while using store credits)
- You’ll be redirected to the Native Shopify Checkout, where you must sign in using the same email ID used for your initial purchase — this is the one linked to your store credits.
- Verify your account with the 6-digit OTP sent to your email.
- Once verified, you can apply your eligible store credits at checkout.
- If there’s any balance amount, complete the payment via our available payment gateway to place your order successfully.
Note: Store Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
